Cumbria Churches Dementia Project
For the past four years the Churches Together in Cumbria having been running a Dementia Project.
Its stated aim was that ‘all churches across Cumbria should be Dementia Friendly by 2020’.
With that in mind it has been recruiting Dementia Enablers at churches across the County.
Premier’s Northern Correspondent Ian Britton caught up with Yvonne Povey, their Dementia Project Officer, and asked her about the Project.
