Refresh Conference Cumbria
Over 100 Christian women from across Cumbria came together in Keswick at the week-end for their annual Refresh Conference.
It was a once a year chance to come together for teaching, worship, prayer and of course great food.
The keynote speaker for the day was the Rt Rev Dr Emma Ineson, Wife, Mother, Theologian and Bishop of Penrith.
