Celestina Mba has lost her battle at the Court of Appeal over the right to refuse to work on a Sunday.

A Christian Care worker - fighting a legal battle not to work on Sundays - says she's thankful, despite losing her appeal. Celestina Mba claims she was forced to quit her job at Merton Council after pressure to work on the Sabbath.

Speaking to Premier's Marcus Jones on the News Hour she gave her thoughts after hearing the verdict.

She's being supported by the Christian Legal Centre which is claiming there was some good news from today's verdict.

Spokesman Andrew Marsh told Premier's News Hour the judgement could help Christians in the future.
