The statistics show there were 46 allegations of abuse made over the six year period, of which more than half were made against priests.

More than half of abuse complaints made to the Catholic Church in Scotland over six years were sex allegations.

The Church has released details about claims made between 2006 and 2012.

Forty six complaints were made in total, including verbal and emotional abuse, with just over half of those involving priests.

Anne Lawrence from Minister and Clergy Sexual Abuse Survivors told Premier's News Hour this report doesn't go far enough.
