Christian charity says sex abuse in gang culture rarely reported

Patrick Reagan OBE from XLP, a charity which works with youths and gangs in London, says fear and lack of protection prevents them from coming forward.

Children are carrying out shocking sexual assaults against each other according to a damning report.

The Office of the Children's Commissioner for England found many of the victims are as young as 11, while the perpetrators are not much older. It says it is a problem in every area of the country and not just restricted to deprived, inner city areas.

Patrick Reagan OBE is from XLP, a charity which works with youths and gangs in London. He told Premier's News Hour fear and a lack of protection prevents young people from reporting it.
