Former Archbishop of Canterbury admits using Buddhist prayer practices

A former Archbishop of Canterbury's revealed that his secret to gaining "inspiration" is to perform 40 minutes of Buddhist-influenced prayer a day. 

Dr Rowan Williams says his daily routine consists of pacing, squatting and repeating an Eastern Orthodox prayer while performing breathing exercises.

Bishop Joe Aldred from Churches Together in England gave a positive reaction to the former Archbishop's revelation on Premier's News Hour.
