You don't need to be a Christian to be British: Survey

Less than a quarter of people think you must be a Christian to be considered British.

The figure from a Nat Cen social attitudes survey has fallen from one third just a decade ago.

Meanwhile the findings show a rise in the number thinking you must speak English and be born her to be truly British.
