Demand surge for Bibles in Middle East

United Bible Socities say they've distributed 130,000 more scriptures throughout Syria than in 2012.

There's been a dramatic rise in demand for Bibles by Christians in war torn countries in the Middle East. According to the United Bible Societies, over 150,000 scriptures were distributed in Syria last year, compared to 19,000 the year before. 

Jane Pleace is from the United Bible Societies and told Premier's News that more Christians are turning to their faith in these countries.
