Peter is a minister heading up healing ministry at Methodist Central Hall Westminster, where he has been on the staff team for two years in a part-time capacity. He also works as a minister in Rotherham, where he looks after two churches and where he lives with his wife Rita who is a lay pastoral worker for the Methodist Church.
Peter and Rita have together been involved in healing ministry since they were married in 2000 and headed up The Healing Touch at Easter People for several years, as well as offering quiet days, teaching and training to churches in healing ministry across the North of England. Peter had a book published in 2011 called The Healing Touch of God, sharing experiences of healing and advocating healing ministry to churches. He is currently working on a course for the Methodist Church in exploring healing ministry.
When not working, Peter enjoys walking in Derbyshire, watching football and cricket and spending time with grandchildren. And he's got a bit of a thing for steam trains, which rather gives his age away.
