Saturday is a day for big events…London Jesus Day in London, Proclaim ’15 in Birmingham, and a brand new feature starting on Big Breakfast called ‘Family Focus’!

Every day, millions of people wander through the streets of London, but can a glimpse of Jesus be brought into the hearts of them all? Today is London Jesus Day, kicking off at noon in Trafalgar Square. This will be the 28th year celebrating Jesus on the square and just before it all kicks off, we’ll be crossing over live to Amy Williams, who’s been doing PR for the event.

Now from London to Birmingham as 1000 Catholic clergy, lay people and friends of the Catholic Church, including Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop Justin Welby and Rev Nicky Gumbel, will be descending on the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, for the first event of its kind in a generation: Proclaim 15. This event is being launched to support, inspire and encourage new expressions of parish evangelisation, and Premier Gospel will be on the ground, welcoming the delegates as they arrive, with Music For Life! Anna will be linking up live with Premier Gospel presenter, Theo Manderson.

And back in the studio, we’ll be introducing you to a brand new part of Big Breakfast called 'Family Focus', with family life pastor and author, Rachel Turner. Once a month she’ll be bringing us ideas, activities, scripture readings and plenty of things that can families can enjoy doing together. So grab the kids, and enjoy Family Focus as one.

Not forgetting prizes galore in our competitions, 66 Seconds and From The Mouths Of Babes.
