Bradford Pay as you feel cafe
Alongside this the Inn Churches Project operates The Storehouse, a cafe which they run on a pay-as-you-feel basis. At the cafe they turn unwanted food into delicious and healthy meals.
Their food partners include Marks and Spencer, Morrison’s, the Co-operative, Deli Fresh, local markets and other local traders.
In the first six months they intercepted 34 tonnes of food that would have otherwise gone to landfill.
Premier’s Northern Correspondent Ian Britton has been to Bradford to meet the team behind the project.
