Calm in a Busy World
Feel a little stressed and in need of some peace, tranquillity and reflective time?
A team of trainee vicars from Cranmer Hall at Durham University have been exploring what it might mean to create a place of “Calm in a Busy World”.
Alistair Metcalfe told Premier what they wanted to do was to bring a bit of calm into the heart of city.
Both inside and outside Newcastle Cathedral they created a mini pilgrimage inspired by their weeklong visit to a monastery.
Premiers Northern Correspondent Ian Britton went along to meet them.
