Over 100 Christian women from across Cumbria came together in Keswick at the week-end for their annual Refresh Conference.

Elizabeth House
It offers a place of sanctuary for single mums and their babies who’ve found themselves in a hopeless situation.
The aim of the project is to make the mums feel valued and to let them know that they have worth and then helping them to rebuild their lives.
On the understanding we don’t reveal where it is Premier was invited to visit Elizabeth House to met one of the young mums and one of the project managers.
