Premier Christian Radio Your voice of hope!
Do you seek out a family friendly church or do you just leave your faith at home.
In Newcastle a church has created a set of resources for families to take on holiday called Take Away Church.
The vicar of Holy Trinity Church, Jesmond, Revd Mark Wroe explained to Premier “Take away church is simply a pizza box which we’ve filled with lots of stuff to help families and children enjoy their relationship with God during the holidays”
As Katie and Hannah are showing, inside the box can be items like Flat Jesus, Coloured Pencils, Prayer and Worship Cards, Bible Postcards, Notebook and Skittles Prayers.
Premier’s Northern Correspondent Ian Britton has been along to the church to find out more.
