Last year in Telford on the 25th of June, the Revd Graham Thompson became the President of the Methodist Conference and alongside him Anthony Boateng became the Vice President of the Methodist Conference.
Since then their feet haven’t touched the ground as they’ve travelled around the country visiting Methodist Churches and representing the Methodist church at significant national events.
At the weekend they were visiting the North East of England and in a break in their busy schedule Premier’s Northern Correspondent Ian Britton caught up with them.
