The New Wine festival is now into its second week and by the time it closes its gates and takes down its marquees and temporary buildings this year, over 24,000 will have attended.
There are three different venues for the main teaching and worship sessions, the largest of which is the huge specially erected building called The Arena. The main worship leader this year is Chris Sayburn who’s a curate in Manchester.
I caught up with him earlier and asked him how it felt to be leading over 7000 people in worship.
