Big Breakfast

Lizzie & Dave were looking at how as a parent you navigate your kids through childhood without getting them too bruised! They chatted to newspaper columnist TANITH CAREY who’s the author of ‘Where Has My Little Girl Gone?’ – a book that looks at how the crude sexualisation of pop music, TV and fashion is affecting children. She talked about how girls are growing up with a more negative body image than ever before – and she gave some practical tips on what parents can do to nip it in the bud, as well as chatting about a whole host of issues surrounding growing up in the digital age.
