This week my guest is Shardz. Shardz is a Grime/rap artist from East London who says he has a heart to combine Gospel truth with lyrical flows to reach his generation for Christ through his music and lifestyle. He’s also a full time youth worker, delivering mentoring, youth advocacy, and education, training and employment support for high risk young people involved in gang culture and serious youth violence. His latest release came out at the end of the Summer an EP entitled ‘Grime Roots’ and last month he held a spectacular EP launch party bringing together a whole host of old and new school Gospel grime artists to perform sets and engage in a big rap cypher. He’s a young man and a new artist having an incredible impact so it’s my delight to introduce you to him.
