Episode 5 – Mas

This week our guests are husband and wife duo Mas who are Steph and Michael Dickinson from Margate. The second single from their up-coming debut ep is on the way and they are carving out an interesting and unique journey for themselves. Steph runs a music charity for disadvantaged young people and Michael is a music teacher. The duo say they feel they are also in an interesting place musically; exploring a space in-between a few genres. They’ve written some songs to facilitate passionate worship in the church but they’re also exploring themes which go beyond that – it’s an exciting and refreshing mix. Steph also has been very transparent about her mental health struggles and talks candidly about it in this episode along with how the Church can deal with mental health better.  You are going to want to check out their EP when it drops but first let’s get to know Mas in this week’s podcast episode.
