Les Moir has been involved in Christian/Gospel music for 40 years working as a record producer, bass player, Label Manager and A&R Manager. He has worked with many worship leaders, musicians and songwriters, including Matt Redman, Martin Smith, Noel Robinson, Tim Hughes, Mark Beswick, Graham Kendrick and Sinach. Les currently heads up the Word & Worship Trust which has a heart to develop and amplify the worship of the nations. He talked to Chick Yuill about the centrality of worship in the life of the church and addressed some current controversies.
