Joel Edwards and Dr David Muir, both highly respected Black Church Leaders, respond to the recent controversial report from The Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities and reflect on the issues it raises. Joel Edwards was formerly the General Director of the Evangelical Alliance for more than ten years and has been the Advocacy Director for Christian Solidarity Worldwide. His present ministry involves him in writing, mentoring and speaking. Dr David Muir is a political scientist and theologian. He is Head of Whitelands College and Co-Chair of the National Church Leaders Forum (NCLF).
