Peter Wright works for Growing Young Disciples, a new organisation devoted to promoting and supporting biblical children’s and youth ministry. The organisation emerged from an annual residential conference of the same name that has been running for the past 15 years. Pete is the Director of Digital Resources and Training and he joined GYD in September 2021. Prior to that he spent 12 years in local church ministry in Northern Ireland. Pete spoke to Fiona Stewart on Faith, Hope and Love about his own discipleship journey, and about why he believes mentoring and training youth and children’s leaders in handling the Bible is vitally important.
