World leaders arriving in Glasgow for the Cop26 climate conference are being warned by Boris Johnson that humanity has ‘run down the clock’. He wants countries to agree to dramatic action on carbon emissions. The Prime Minister says change is needed now, because it’s ‘one minute to midnight’.
