Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

A Christian nurse has won a discrimination case after being told to stop wearing a cross necklace at work. A tribunal found that Croydon Health Services NHS Trust discriminated against and harassed Mary Onuoha after she refused to remove the necklace while working at Croydon University Hospital in South London.

The Trust has now apologised to Ms Onuoha and says it’s important that NHS feel able to express their beliefs.

Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of Christian Concern joined Premier’s Mal Pope to discuss the case.
