12 year old Archie Battersbee is on a life support machine following a head injury at home. Drs say his brain will not recover and it’s time to switch off the support – a decision which his parents have been contesting in the courts. The Court of Appeal ruled yesterday that a new hearing will be held at the High Court next month.
