Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

15 years ago prominent philosopher, author, theologian, and professor JP MORELAND awoke in the middle of the night to a severe panic attack.

This was the beginning of an extended battle with debilitating anxiety and depression, leading JP to experience multiple breakdowns.

Whilst continuing to manage his mental health he’s written a new book which explores both the spiritual and physical aspects of mental illness, pointing readers toward sound sources of information, treatment, and recovery.

John Pantry and Craig Wakeling recently spoke to JP and they began by asking what his book ‘Finding Quiet’ is all about.
