Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

Over the last couple of years we’ve all been through challenges that might have made us feel anxious, panicky or low. Whilst that’s a normal reaction to the pandemic and the current uncertainty, how do we know if these are signs that our mental health needs some more serious attention?

A new course has been launched for churches to do together to explore mental health and become great at supporting each other.Esther Higham spoke Rev Corin Pilling who heads up The Sanctuary Course in the UK to find out more.
