Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

A new orchestral piece has been composed to highlight the issues of climate change. It was commissioned by Christian Aid to celebrate their 75th Birthday this year. Song of the Prophets, a Requiem for Climate Change will be performed by the Chineke! Orchestra at St Paul’s Cathedral next weds 9th June in the build-up to the G7 summit.

Sally Foster-Fulton from Christian Aid and cellist Ayanna Witter-Johnson who composed one of the movements joined Premiers Esther Higham to tell us more.

Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham The UK recorded zero Covid deaths yesterday for the first time since the pandemic began. But the prime minister is under pressure from some scientists to delay the lifting of all restrictions on 21st June as fears for a third wave of the virus remain.  Premier's Esther Higham spoke with Steve Fouch from the Christian Medical Fellowship about this.
