The need for grace in politics
Politics has always rightly involved forthright debate but in the last few years it has become ‘coarsened’, to quote the Prime Minister. The murder of Jo Cox MP was an extreme example but other female MPs have received hundreds of threats of rape in the social media for their views, particularly on Brexit.
