As we start 2021 we’re calling on some experts to help set up Healthy Habits in all areas of our lives which last longer than the average New Year’ Resolution?

On Monday Pete Greig from 24-7 Prayer encouraged us to try something new to revitalize our prayer lives.
Yesterday Steve Uppall from All Nations Church said that walking for 30 minutes a day was the best thing to do for our health.

Today we’re looking at our working life. How do we develop healthy habits especially as most of us are working from home?

Premier’s Esther Higham speaks to Jonna Sercombe who is the founder and CEO of Interactive Workshops a leading Learning and Development company.
