LUCIANO PAVOROTTI helped bring a genre of opera music with a small niche audience to the masses around the world.

His wife NICOLETTA MANTOVANI organised several of the annual Pavarotti & Friends pop and opera music festivals in the 90’s – with well-known artists such as STING, LOU REED, JAMES BROWN and ANDREA BOCELLI.
