Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

“The grass is always greener on the other side” – we all know the saying, but it doesn’t stop us from falling into the trap of comparing ourselves to others and feeling short-changed on our lot.

Do you ever find yourself envying your friend for their seemingly perfect relationship, or a colleague at work who always seems to be one step ahead of you on the career ladder, or looking back at your past and thinking “things were so much better back then”?

How do you get out of that cycle of thinking, especially in view of the disagreements breaking out after last week’s Referendum results?

Blogger and Christian Ruth Clements gives her view on how we should promote encouragement, not envy, in the field of politics.
