Last night was the final of the Great British Bake Off.

Peter Sawkins impressed the judges with his precision and flawless flavours to be crowned as the champion. 

The former Boys Brigade member is the youngest ever winner at just 20 years old, and also the first Scottish winner!

So what does the future hold beyond Bake Off?

Former Quarter Finalist Martha Collison, who still holds the title of the youngest ever contestant at just 17, has been telling Premier’s Esther Higham.
