Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

Apartheid was a system of institutionalised racial segregation that existed in parts of Africa from the late 1940s.

Archbishop THABO MAKGOBA grew up in this era – from his boyhood in Johannesburg as the son of a pastor, to spending time with NELSON MANDELA and offering him pastoral support.

John Pantry spoke to Archbishop THABO in a recent interview and began by asking him about some of the racial prejudices he experienced growing up in Johannesburg.
