Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

Currently, on an island in Majorca, bronzed, toned 20 somethings compete to find “love” by coupling up to ensure their place in a villa to win Love Island. Those who are not in a couple, are removed from the island and lose their opportunity to win. Sounds like trashy TV? Well according to the statistics, approximately 3 million people are tuned in each night. So where do we as Christians draw the line with popular culture engagement? Deputy editor of Premier Christianity Magazine, Megan Cornwell, joined John Pantry and Rosie Wright on Inspirational Breakfast today to discuss whether Christians should be watching this kind of TV programme, and the repercussions it has on the younger generation of today.
