Church of Scotland minister Revd Norman Drummond is the founder of a Columba 1400, a retreat and coaching centre helping disadvantaged young people in Scotland and Chaplain to the Royal family there.

A former headteacher, BBC Governor and chair of Children In Need, he’s also author of a new book called ‘Step Back – Finding The Way Forward in Life’.  Revd Norman Drummond spoke to John Pantry about his new book and the Royal Family, leading up to Princess Charlotte’s baptism.
