Theology and networks manager at Tearfund, Jo Herbert, joins us in the studio to talk about how implementing a mantra of the 5R’s has helped fuel her zero waste lifestyle. By Refusing, Reducing, Reusing, Recycling and Rotting her wastage, Jo has managed to successfully drop her wastage and does this effectively in about 80% of her life. She also tells about how her faith aids her in what was difficult at first but has had a beneficial effect on how she’s able to help aid in the ongoing reduction of poverty, alongside Tearfund.
