Charity Kintsugi Hope focuses on prioritising being honest about how we are, rather than stay silent! They were founded by Diane and Patrick Regan, with Patrick joining John Pantry and Rosie Wright to talk about how a long series of medical operations and events challenged them in every area of their lives. Patrick tells us that it’s OK to not be OK and that in order to overcome our mental health, we must be more honest with ourselves.
