Persian refugees, seeking asylum in Europe, are also converting to Christianity.

But is it possible to tell when these conversions genuine, and when they’re being used as a chance to strengthen a claim for asylum?

Reverend Mark Miller leads Stockton Parish Church in Stockton-on-Tees. Currently over half of his 260-strong congregation are of Persian background.

He tells us more.
