One of the most senior politicians in Scotland – Finance secretary Kate Forbes joined Inspirational Breakfast’s Esther Higham. Kate serves the people of Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch as an MSP. She’s also a Christian and has spoken freely about how her faith guides her in her life.
She also hit the headlines earlier this month when announcing that she is set to become the first ever cabinet secretary in the Scottish Government to take maternity leave. Esther spoke to Kate as part of Premier’s celebration for Nations Day Scotland.
