Our guest today has a very interesting life. By day, she’s the head of development and communications for a missions agency that works with churches in Latin America.
By night, she’s a performance poet who’s won several poetry slams and also told us about the difference between PTSD variants as well as her coming to the realisation of this and how she battled through it with the help of poetry. Her name is Sarah Smith, and she joined John Pantry and Craig Wakeling on the phone from Reading. Good morning Sarah!
