Once you get out the door, you might get in your petrol-fuelled car, stop at a supermarket to pick up your lunch which comes in plastic packaging – back in the car and off to work – nothing unusual…?

But what if you discovered that your ordinary everyday choices are impacting other people and the world around you? Well that’s what RUTH VALERIO outlines in her book L is for Lifestyle.

She’s Tearfund’s Global Advocacy and Influencing Director, she was previously Churches and Theology Director at Christian environmental charity A Rocha UK and she launched the Eco Church scheme. Ruth joined John Pantry and Craig Wakeling on Inspirational Breakfast this morning to talk more
