Tim Keller flies in for New York to talk church planting, evangelical churches and retirement plans

Deanna Fletcher managed to grab 15 minutes of time with founder of Redeemer Presbyterian Church, City to City and proud New Yorker, Tim Keller. They spoke about everything from Tim’s love of London and it’s familiarity to New York, the growth of his church over 25 years and how difficult it was for him to move on from preaching 4 times every Sunday to now moving onto pastures new. More importantly, Tim also spoke about how all his time and work has taught him that prayer is infinitely more important than you think. He also talks about City to City and their initiative of planting churches into big cities has been so important (over 500 churches planted in the 10 years since they start) as well as aiming for another 300 churches in New York too.”
