This time of year can be daunting for both parents and young people – facing the pressures of exams.

With all the mock tests,  revising, cramming, memorising it can be nerve-wrecking to finally face the real thing. Many of you have been asking for prayers in support of your children seating their  exams.

Jenni Osborn recently contributed to Premier Youth and Children’s Work magazine on how we can support our young people – dealing with exam stress.

She is the head of Further Education at the Institute for Children, Youth and Mission and she joined John Pantry on Inspirational Breakfast to discuss tactics to help support our young people this time of year.
