The COP26 climate summit ended in Glasgow at the weekend but has it achieved what it set out to do? Boris Johnson says the deal reached is a “game changer” despite the watering down of commitments on coal. But Labour has accused the Prime Minister of over-selling the summit’s achievements.
The Methodist Church released a statement saying it hasn’t met expectations and several Christian charities, including CAFOD say it has been a major disappointment. Andy Lester, head of conservation at the Christian charity A Rocha spoke to Premier’s Esther Higham to tell us more.
