Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

New research has revealed that twice the number of people are spending Christmas alone this year compared to last year amounting to 1.7million over 64 year olds.

And the number of people who say they are spending Christmas with their parents has gone down by around a third (23% rather than 35%)
