Inspirational Breakfast with Esther Higham

Founder of the 24/7 prayer movement and author of the book Dirty Glory – Go where your best prayers take you, Pete Greig said we should be praying big dangerous prayers. That could be praying about the divided church, Syria, Aleppo, for your heart to be broken.
When asked how we could pray our best prayers. Pete said “Our best prayers are our most colourful, imaginative, sacrificial, less selfish prayers”. That when we pray at our best, “we are praying prayers that dare to believe that we are loved.”
Pete went further and said not only should we pray out our best, but that we should pray dangerously! That we could ask God to “break my heart for the things that break yours”.
Kick start your day and join John Pantry and Rosie Wright every weekday morning for big name guests, great music and news from a Christian perspective.
