With insurgents attacking villages and causing people to flee in fear in Cabo Delgado in northern Mozambique, the Leprosy Mission is expressing real concern.
They have staff in the region, and they are also anxious that those who have limited mobility because of leprosy, find it impossible to get away in an emergency.
Premier’s Michael Fanstone spoke with Stuart Towell, Campaigns and Insight Manager with The Leprosy Mission, and asked him to explain more of what is going on in Cabo Delgado.
