Inspirational Breakfast with Michael Fanstone

I don’t know if you ever think about how the products you buy in supermarkets or clothes stores get from the people who made them to you and your home. Could it be that, as part of the supply chain, there were people involved in the process who, frankly, were paid a pittance in order that you could purchase the product at what you thought was a reasonable price? For Lent 2021, the Christian organisation International Justice Mission has launched a campaign called “Make Slavefree Normal” in order to get people like you and me to become aware of this issue and, hopefully, force some changes in the way things are done in the future. Premier’s Michael Fanstone spoke with the UK Director of International Justice Mission, Esther Swaffield-Bray, and began by asking her, why THIS issue at THIS time?
