In his mid-fifties when he began to write poetry, Fraser McDougall, who lives in South West Scotland, has recently published a collection of his poems in a book entitled ‘Hope”. He spoke with Premier’s Michael Fanstone, who began by asking him what prompted him to try his hand at writing poetry in the first place?

40,000 plus entries to RE arts competition

Inspirational Breakfast with Michael Fanstone Almost 50,000 young people from around the world have entered an arts competition challenging their views on religion. The title was “God’s Good Earth” and it’s all run by a team at the National Association of Teachers of RE known as Spirited Arts.Lat Blaylock is leader of the competition and Teacher Adviser at RE Today.
